Elegant red with the fusion of two French varieties planted in the region of Tyrnavos. Biologically cultivated vineyards are turned into wine through the classic process of red vinification and the fermentation completes in stainless tanks. The stay of the wine in French oaken barrels for approximately 3 months supplies the wine with volume and complexity.
Color: clear medium ruby
Nose: clean medium intensity (+) with characteristic aromas of red fruits (mostly black cherries and blackberries) combined with notes of spicy peppers.
Mouth: In the mouth it feels dry with acridity from medium to high, medium alcohol, low (+) and gentle tannins. As for its aroma, it is characterized by red fruit and vanilla aroma with small spicy overtones. The aftertaste is of medium duration.
A red light in volume and alcohol wine, pleasant and classy. It can be drunk pleasantly throughout the seasons in combination with a platter of cheese, and pork cooked in a variety of ways.
