Varietal composition : 100% Chardonnay of biological cultivation
Classic white vinification with early harvest and ripening in stainless tanks with controlled temperature, applying the method batonnage for 8 months.
Color: Clear ochre lemon.
Nose: Clean medium (+) aromatic intensity, new, with a character of acacia blossom, green fruit (apple, pear), grapefruit, unripened peach and tropical fruit combined with herbal aromas, squishy green nuts (almond, walnut) and intense mineral notes of flint with steamed finishing notes.
Mouth: Dry with medium acidity (+), medium alcohol, full body, medium flavor intensity. Aromatically we feel the restoration of nose aromas, with the green and stone fruit more unripened and tart, vegetal overtones of grass, bitter almond, spearmint with an intense salty finishing taste. Medium to long aftertaste.
A wine that denotes the fruity character of the Chardonnay variety, in combination with the good acidity, the juicy body and the intense minerality character (representing the terroir where it comes from). A good choice for shellfish served with lemon juice. It will keep developing for the next 3-4 years.
