VINIFICATION

Type: Red

Method:

Classic vinification method of red wine without the use of the yeast, in three 3,000L wooden tanks of Austrian oak. The extraction takes from 17-24 days. Maturing is taken place in barrel 500L for the first 6 months (50% in new barrels and 50% in old barrels, second and third year). Other 6 months maturing is taken place in 3,000L of oak barrels. Ageing is taken place in barrel 500L for the first 6 months (50% in new barrels and 50% in an old barrels, second and third year). Other 6 months maturing is taken place in 3,000L of oak barrels. After bottling, Limnona is aged in bottles lasts for 18 months
